Greg – Kitchen Manager

It didn’t seem like it was possible to land a new job and get down the names of all the new faces to be immediately thrown into a pandemic. Unless your name is, Greg.

Greg recently joined our crew to fill the role as Midland Brewing Company’s Kitchen Manager. Greg is a Michigan native who reigns from Northville, located about 15 miles west of Detroit and brings a lot of experience and creativity to the table with him. No pun intended – or was it?

Back to Greg. We sat down and grilled (can’t stop, won’t stop) him with some tough and then not-so-tough questions. Check out our little bio about Greg and what he has cookin’ for us all during his time here. Next time you see him around, be sure to say hello!
