The Super Bowl is right around the corner and we have some super party trays for your small or larger households!
Chef Greg has prepared an awesome spread with a couple options for the main dish of the tray! Trays are available for groups of four ($70) or eight ($140), and are both the same packages and main dish options, just smaller portions.
Each package will include the following:
Main dish – Your choice of;
• Giant Italian Sandwich – Shaved beef, marinated chicken breast, genoa salami, lettuce, red onion and tomato, with sides of garlic aioli and red wine vinaigrette
• Pulled Pork Sliders – House-smoked pulled pork in your choice of barbecue sauce and sides of crispy fried onions, coleslaw and brioche slider buns (Apple Bourbon, Carolina Copper, or Spicy Stout)
• House-smoked Rib Tips – Tossed in our famous house-rub and smoked to perfection
Four (4) person packages are $70 and include the following:
• Maple Sriracha Bacon Deviled Eggs
• One (1) Gigantic Bavarian Pretzels with MBC beer cheese
• Twelve (12) Smoked Wings
• Spinach Artichoke Dip with pita bread
Eight (8) person packages are $140 and include the following:
• Maple Sriracha Bacon Deviled Eggs
• Two (2) Gigantic Bavarian Pretzels with MBC beer cheese
• Twenty-four (24) Smoked Wings
• Spinach Artichoke Dip with pita bread
If you’d like to double down on any choices of this smorgasbord of kickin’ flavors, additional sides are $15 each, with the exception of smoked wings. Additional smoked wings are $30 for 24 smoked wings, but they’re so daggone good it’s worth every penny. We have a lot of people that would testify to that.
Order deadline for Super Bowl trays is 2/3/2021 and pick-up time is Super Bowl Sunday (2/7) from 12PM until 2PM! You can place your orders for Midland Brewing Company Super Bowl trays over the phone or when you stop in between 3-8PM, Tuesday through Saturday. We will also be selling to-go beer, wine and spirits during that time period as well. Even if you didn’t order trays, you can still come and purchase to-go beer, wine and spirits! Super Bowl Eve (3PM-8PM) and Super Bowl Super (12-2PM), to-go draft fills will be 50% off. This includes growler, howler, prowler, and crowler fills.
